A beautiful summer morning as these cattails are being perfectly illuminated giving them a pleasing look at Wildflower Park

This image of a paper birch tree was photographed a couple weeks ago during some of the snow storms we had here in Northern Illinois

with the lake absorbing those vibrant colors from above along with a breeze that gently moves across the surface of the lake leaving ripples of beauty in its wake at Wildflower Park

I looked back and noticed the sunburst through the tree with the rays of sunshine extending out onto the prairie landscape
